Historic Newburgh seeking funds for July 4 fireworks

Details:Historic Newburgh Inc. is trying to raise $15,000 so the community can have a fireworks celebration on the Fourth of July.
"As of right now, there won't be one because of a lack of funds," said Caitlin Poe, executive director of the organization.
"We need to come up with the money."
All donations are 100 percent tax deductible and can be sent to Fireworks, Historic Newburgh Inc., 9 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, IN 47630.
The goal is to have the money in place by March 1.
