I hereby certify that the photo I am about to submit is my original work and if copyrighted, I am the sole copyright owner. I understand that the photos submitted to this photo contest will be published on the Internet as my original work and under my own copyright.

Rights to use and publish to the public

• If approved, your photo will be published on Dominator Fireworks contest site and possibly in other areas of the web site for the public to view.  You allow Dominator Fireworks to publish and use your photo.
• If there are any people appearing in the photos, the Uploader certifies that they have written permission to grant Dominator Fireworks (and dominatorfireworks.com) the right to publish their images.

Ownership certification

• You certify that your image belongs to the person uploading.
• By uploading, you also grant Dominator Fireworks the ownership rights to the photos.
• Dominator Fireworks is not responsible for images submitted by someone other than the owner.

Contest Winner

• Once approved, your photo will be open for the public to view.
• The final winner will be chosen by judges and the winner notified by e-mail.  A check will be sent in the US Mail.   If the winner does not respond with-in 15 days the prize will go to another winner.  

Additional Rules

• All entries must be received at the Dominator Fireworks Web site by the date as stated at http://dominatorfireworks.com/contest/Contest.html.
• Entries must be submitted in digital form via the Web site
• Mailed entries are not accepted and Dominator Fireworks will not be held responsible for mailed slides, negatives, or prints.
• Participants may enter as many pictures as they wish during the duration of the contest.
• No purchase is required to enter the Dominator Fireworks Photo Contest.
• The winning photo/s will be posted on the Web site shortly after the end of the contest. All decisions of the judges are final.

• The purpose of this site is primarily education and entertainment. Image upload is allowed and encouraged if the Uploader's intention agree with this purpose. Acceptable uses of the image uploader include:

   

  1. To enter the fireworks photo contest.
  2. To possibly win a $100 from Dominator Fireworks.
  3. To share your work.
  4. To entertain.
  5. Images deemed unsuitable for our site may be removed from the site.
  6. Dominator Fireworks can not be held responsible for an image that may be deemed suitable by the administrators at Dominator Fireworks, but not suitable by some other person or entity.

Disqualification
Anyone who violates any of the above rules and regulations disqualifies themselves from the contest.
